This was my first time to any Serpentini location. They are a large dealership so I had high expectations. The Strongsville location did not disappoint! I am very particular about which vehicle I select. I usually know what I want when I go out but this time I was buying a first car for one of my kids. I walked in and met with Mike DiDomenico. Mike was very friendly and interested in whatever it was that "I" wanted. I was undecided between leasing a new vehicle or purchasing a CPO vehicle. He helped every step of the way and spent a great deal of time over the course of several days to make sure I got whatever information I needed whenever I needed it. I had looked at many cars, both new and used and test drove a number of vehicles before deciding on a CPO car. Mike was very helpful and maintained a fantastic level of communication with me through every step of the buying process, which was just what I needed. I highly recommend Serpentini of Strongsville and would advise you to ask for Mike DiDominico. I should also mention that during one of my visits, I was assisted by Ms. Deb Goss. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that the professional sales force at Serpentini has depth! Deb was enthusiastic and ready to help me as much as possible! I had never been to Serpentini before and my brother in law took me to the dealership to speak with Eric Livingstone regarding a new car.
Eric was terrific in allowing me time to make an informed decision. He was an incredible host and gave me real options on new vs used and at the end of the day I purchased an incredible used vehicle that had all the bells and whistles I could possibly want and what was even more exciting was that the car was still under factory warranty. I love my 2011 Chevy Cruze with its heated leather seats; the car handles like a dream.
I was extremely pleased with the finance package Serpentini provided me - they worked with me to meet my specific financial needs. The service I recieved from everyone with whom I came in contact was exceptional. Even the young woman who explained all the features of my car was lovely.

Drove to this dealership from the recommendation of friends. Hal met us at the door and was very nice and attentive and asked all the right questions about my needs. He listened and offered opinions but never once made me feel like I had to do this or nothing would work out. He seemed happy for me when the sale was complete and called a few days later just to see how I liked the car. I would definitely recommend Hal and the Serpentini team to all my friends and family.
I did my research and took the time to shop the purchase of a Camero ZL1. After talking to multiple dealerships, I settled on Serpentini. I have delt with them multiple times but I always like to check pricing. They were not only willing to give me the best price for the vehicle, they were as always, friendly, cooperative and informative. In addition to the sales department doing an outstanding job, the service department has always taken great care of my vehicles. They explain everything and are always willing to go the extra mile. My experienced with Serpentini Chevrolet was nothing but positive, and I would not hesitate to refer others to them. I was dealing with a less-than-perfect financial situation, combined with carrying over negative equity on my trade-in. But I had to get out of my old vehicle -- I'd had nothing but problems with it (major problems!), and as a single woman, I need something reliable that I can trust. I really wanted a new vehicle (vs. used), and had set my sights on the Equinox, but I just wasn't sure if I'd be able to swing it financially. I can't say enough about Josh, Jeanine and Bob Serpentini. They didn't judge me, they were patient and understanding, and at the end of the day, they were able to make the financing work for me. I drove home that day with my new 2013 Chevy Equinox, and I haven't stopped smiling since! I'm just so thrilled that I have the vehicle I wanted, and I know no other dealership would have taken the time and effort to make it work for me like Serpentini Strongsville. I will be forever grateful to Josh, Jeanine and Bob for their willingness to take the time and work with me.
One of the staff said something that really resonated with me. As I was just waiting for the final cleaning and prep of my Equinox to be done, I was chatting with the woman who runs the Cafe (Meg?). She knew I was so excited and happy, and I told her I really wanted to do something for the staff because everyone had been so nice. She said, "Your joy is all the thanks we need." I thought that was a very special attitude, and I believe the entire staff feels that way!
My overall experience was fantastic and very professional. Tony started the sales process by working with my very busy schedule and my deadline to use my GM points. He listened to my concerns and called me back within a few hours. He then turned me over to Deb who also knew of my time contraints. She was excellent at communicating through text messages and emails. Deb was an expert on the Malibu that I test drove with her. I have never had such a thorough explanation of features in a car. She made the car buying experience a very pleasant one. Kara Lee also played an important role in the sales process. After doing all of the paperwork with me, she returned me to the showroom floor to wait for the delivery team to go over the car with me. After about 15 minutes, she saw that I was still waiting. She took it upon herself to "deliver" the car to me since she drives the exact same car. I was very pleased that she went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of.
